General Terms and Conditions

We know you will be just as excited as we are about joining the Coworking Connection community! It exists because of you and for you! The simple fact that we are a community of business professionals working toward a common goal is what sets Coworking Connection apart. As such, please respect and look out for each other as well as the space. Take pride and ownership in knowing that when you become a member of Coworking Connection you become part of something bigger. Below are a few housekeeping rules so we can all "just get along" in a happy and productive atmosphere.

  1. Coworking Connection is, first and foremost, a place to conduct business. While we strive to have our community be an open, fun, and collaborative one, we also want it to be professional and productive. Be respectful to your community.
  2. The Coworking Connection community will thrive and grow with honest, respectful, dependable, and reputable members. If you can’t uphold this, we will give you the boot.
  3. Everyone using Coworking Connection must be a paid member. Each membership is only good for one person. Days/Memberships may not be shared. Exceptions are if someone is meeting with a member (not working with) or if the non-members have purchased a day pass.
  4. Members will be held accountable for their guests.
  5. Members may not spend their days actively soliciting others in the community. This will result in getting the other boot.
  6. If using the kitchen area please pick up after yourself, keep the area clean, and do your own dishes.
  7. Please note our dumpsters are not intended for public use and are under video surveillance. Please no illegal dumping.
  8. Please reserve your desk space and conference room time before it is needed to ensure you have a spot.
  9. Please make sure when you use any of the spaces (desk, conference room, etc.) you clean up after yourself so it’s neat for the next member.
  10. Coworking Connection is a smoke-free facility. If you need to smoke, you must go at least 30 feet from windows and doors. Please also dispose of your butts properly or we will dispose of yours properly.
  11. Business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (not including holidays). All meetings or events scheduled outside this time are subject to availability and additional fees/rates. Mail and packages will only be available for pick up Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
  12. Payment options and rules...
  • All active members are required to have a credit card on file.
  • Unless prior arrangements are made to pay with cash or check, the credit card on file will be charged the agreed-upon monthly amount on the day you signed up.
  • Any changes in membership for the upcoming month must be submitted 72 hours before the end of the month, otherwise, the member is responsible for the invoiced amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If payment is 7 days late the member will not have access to the facility until payment is received with a $25.00 late fee added.
  • If payment is not made within 15 days your membership will be canceled, any uncollected mail and parcels will be returned to sender and your google my business listings will be reported as moved. If you plan on returning you will be responsible for any past due balances.
  1. Cancelling your membership...
  • We require a 30-day notice prior to canceling your membership. Please see the front desk for our cancellation form and instructions.**
  • You will be responsible for any remaining term.**
  • If you are a coPostal member or have a mailbox addon, your mail and packages will be refused 30 days after we receive your cancellation notice. Any uncollected mail will also be returned to sender.
